I love the sweet details on this 3.1 Phillip Lim blouse and J Crew Platform Kilted Ankle Boots. To spice it up a bit, I paired them with a red silk crepe de Chine skirt that I made. Herringbone tights add some texture, and a gold chain belt pulls it all together.
