A Perfect Summer Evening

I just picked this Zara silk print dress up last weekend during a heat wave. It made me dream of perfect summer evening to pair it with some cobalt blue sandals and layers of chunky bracelets.

Berlin City Girl

Berlin Cathedral

After my recent move to Bavaria, it was nice to be back in a bustling city. Berlin in a study in mixology, with a blend of food, culture, and style. It is 9 times the land size as Paris. I made a quick trip last fall but wasn’t able to fit everything in, so this time I spent a long weekend wandering around the city. Of course, I went back to my favorite restaurant in Berlin for jaegerschnitzel {breaded pork cutlet with mushroom cream sauce}.

Mauerpark Flea Market

Patterned blankets

Berlin is a sprawling metropolitan city, with interesting boroughs, lively restaurants, and an intense history. While the museum district was arranged with orderly buildings and tree-lined streets, the Mauerpark Flea Market was a winding path of mismatched stalls. This is a flea market in true form, with boxes of junk or treasure, all up to the eyes of the viewer. It was exactly what I love in a flea market, you never know what you’re going to find.
